I guess this is the place to put this since I see other proposals but I'd like to throw out there that I think we should be able to cover salary of players through trades. We take dead money on for waivers so it doesn't seem like that big of a stretch. I believe it will also help with team trades and gives more room for trade talk.

So are we talking cap dump trading which I think we already have or plain cap trading which we've talked about earlier in the thread... Which I'm fine with but will never partake in myself.

I'm talking about I hold for example 5 mil from a players current contract that I trade away to someone else. Last time I checked about that we couldn't do it. I have it in my other league and I see no downside to it. Trades are easier to come by

Cap trading basically .. a few leagues that I'm in do it, I won't but I'm not averse to the league doing that at all...
It has been discussed a fair bit on this thread already

Yea I am really against cap trading/holding. It just seems to allow the building of "super" teams who manage to acquire more cap and you end up with teams that are massively overloaded and it really disrupts the balance of power and fairness IMO
