A number of guys commented new owners should get the free drop, so I don’t get why that’s ignored?

I agree that we should modify this rule to make it so that new owners get one free drop. After that any contract coming in is under their power so their should be no free drops for any owners beyond their first year.

I have been thinking on this and I feel the free drop for new owners will be fair. I think the free drop for anyone will be misused.

With all the talk about free drop I'm going ahead and letting all new owners have a free drop of any player they want. This is for new owners only. I will make a section on proboards for this player to be added. There will be NO CAP HIT FOR THIS PLAYER.
